Coaches who know your name
Our team brings USA Boxing credentials, competition experience, conditioning expertise, and the ability to make a first-timer feel at home.
No. Every heavy bag class includes students of different skill levels, and everyone works at their own pace.
No. Heavy bag classes have no physical contact—you follow a teacher-led workout on your own bag. Sparring is a separate, graduated program with supervised contact.
Bring heavy bag gloves and hand wraps if you have them. We have gloves you can borrow for your first class, and wraps are available at the gym.
Children age six and older can be added to a family membership and work out beside you. Youth-specific boxing begins at age eight.
School is in session
Choose a heavy bag class that works for you. First-timers should arrive 15 minutes early and complete the guest registration form before coming in.
