Workouts

Our Heavybag Boxing classes start with 10 minutes of warmup and stretching. Followed by 12 rounds of trainer led boxing combinations, focusing on technique and stamina. Each round is 2mins with 30seconds of rest in between – grab a quick drink and catch your breath. We end class with 10 minutes of stretching and core strengthening exercises.

  • BOXSTL School of Boxing, the premier boxing gym in St. Louis, has teamed up with the Islamic Foundation of Greater St. Louis to launch an exclusive Women’s Only class on Wednesdays at 930am and Fridays at 6:45 pm. This new Women’s Only Program, for women by women, aims to empower and encourage women to engage in physical fitness in a comfortable, secure, and safe environment. To ensure privacy and security, the gym will be off-limits to males. The curtains will be drawn to provide a secure workout space with zero visibility from the outside looking in.

    In an effort to keep traffic flowing and maintaining distance between students, we require ALL guest forms be submitted prior to arrival.

    Please arrive 15mins prior to the start of your scheduled class.

    Yes, if you have your own heavybag gloves and handwraps, bring them along for our staff to inspect. FOR SPARRING: A moth guard is required and a cup is strongly suggested. Also, no metal (clasps on gloves, jewelry, etc) can be worn while sparring.
