Sam has her BA in exercise science and a minor in physical education and loves playing basketball. She enjoys the competition, fun and comradery that teams provide. Sam loves being part of the BOX STL family. She likes that she continually gets to meet new people and help them begin their fitness journey and gets to encourage regular members to continue pushing to new goals! Sam’s great personality helps you forget about everything else in life during your workout, even on your worst day a workout with Sam will help encourage you to leave it all on the bag.
